By accessing or purchasing from Donutopia Shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Not Affiliated with Donut SMP

We are not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by Donut SMP or its administrators. All items sold are third-party and for use at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to make a purchase. Users under 18 must have parental permission.

4. Product Description

We sell in-game virtual Minecraft items for use on Donut SMP, including but not limited to:

  • Gear, tools, blocks, base kits
  • Currency (if applicable)
  • Temporary services (e.g., base building or PvP help)

Items are for entertainment use only and have no real-world monetary value.

5. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
  • Prices are in USD and may change at any time.
  • You are responsible for providing your correct Minecraft username and any other required delivery info.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is done in-game on Donut SMP.
  • Delivery usually occurs within 1 hours of purchase.
  • You must be online or arrange a delivery time.
  • We are not responsible for in-game deaths, bans, wipes, or lost items due to server mechanics or player actions.

7. No Refunds

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable once items are delivered.
  • Refunds will not be issued if:
    • You are banned from Donut SMP.
    • You lose items in PvP or due to gameplay.
    • The server resets or wipes inventory.
    • You change your mind.

8. Risk Acknowledgement

  • Donut SMP is a hardcore PvP server. You may lose items due to griefing, PvP, death, or other players.
  • Purchase and use items at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for any in-game consequences of using our items.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use our shop for illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to resell our items without permission.
  • Abuse chargebacks or false refund claims.
  • Violate Donut SMP rules (doing so may get you banned from the server, and we will not refund you).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for changes. Continued use of the shop after updates implies acceptance.
